Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring delicate craft pieces are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our artisan studio for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and verified, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
